TORRINGTON, WYOMING...........Memorial services for DOROTHY J. SMITH, 83, will be held at 10am Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ray Moss officiating. Dorothy died July 22, 2016 at Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cheyenne, Wyoming and cremation has taken place. Memorials may be given to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Colyer Funeral Home and friends may send condolences to the family at www.colyerfuneralhome.com. Dorothy was born April 25, 1933 in Benton Harbor, Michigan the daughter of Roy and Orla (Hosbein) Story. She graduated high school and married Rolland Angier and had two boys Rolland Jr and Steven. She divorced and later married George Smith and had three children Patrice, Michael and Kimberly. Dorothy loved traveling on holiday and traveled all over the US and some in Canada and Mexico. Her favorite time was watching her grandchildren grow. She loved animals and was a big influence in her children’s lives. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting and sewing. She worked with the MS Organization in the 70's and early 80's and was a member of the American Legion and the Moose Club. Dorothy is survived by her husband George of Cheyenne, Wyoming; daughter Patrice (Douglas) Heyl of Torrington, Wyoming; sons Michael (Sabrina) Smith of Gladstone, Missouri and Rolland Angier of California; grandchildren Christopher (Alexandra) Heyl, Anthony Heyl, Alexander Heyl, Ayla Smith, Christian Smith and Serenity Smith; a great grandson Liam Heyl; a brother William Story; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Kimberly Smith; a son Steven Angier; and four brothers Richard, Harold, Donald and Robert.
